1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help websites work properly, keep you signed in, and understand how a site is used. We also use similar technologies, such as local storage, for the same purposes — we refer to all of these as “cookies” in this policy.

2. How we use cookies

We keep our use of cookies and similar storage deliberately minimal. We currently use them only:

• to make our website and app work, keep you securely signed in, remember essential account state, and protect the Service.

We do not currently use optional analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or cross-site tracking, and we do not sell your data.

3. Types of cookies we use

• Strictly necessary — required to run the site and app securely, authenticate you, and preserve essential account and workflow state. These cannot be switched off in our systems. Their duration varies by purpose; authentication and cached account state may persist until you sign out or clear your browser data.

4. Analytics & third parties

We do not currently use Google Analytics or another optional cookie-based analytics service. We use privacy-limited operational error monitoring to keep the Service reliable; it is configured without session replay or advertising profiles and is described in our Sub-processors notice.

5. Managing your cookies

You can control and delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings, including blocking them — though if you block strictly necessary storage, parts of the app may not work. If we introduce optional analytics or similar tracking, we will request consent where required and provide a way to change or withdraw that choice.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example if we add or change the tools we use. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above.
